摘要
目的:观察理脾法治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的临床疗效。方法:将38例乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组都予恩替卡韦治疗,治疗组加口服中药汤剂治疗,观察各项指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后各临床症状明显改善,血ALT、AST、TBIL较治疗前均有明显下降,ALB明显升高,血清纤维化各项指标明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理脾法治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the method of regulating Piqi in treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in compensatory period.Methods：Totally 38 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treated group were treated by herbal decoction and entecavir,and the other patients in the control group were treated by entecavir only.Each index changes was observed.Results：Patients＇ variously clinical symptoms were improved clearly in the treated group after treatment,serum levels of AST,ALT and TBIL descended and those of ALB increased evidently,variously serum liver fibrosis indexes were improved obviously,which were better than those in the control group significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of regulating Piqi can effectively remedy chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.
