野生型胃肠道间质瘤的诊疗进展

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)主要由KIT或PDGFRA基因驱动突变引起。约10%~15%GIST找不到这类激活突变被归为野生型胃肠道间质瘤(WT-GIST),与KIT/PDGFRA突变型GIST相比,WT-GIST的分子遗传学、生物学形态和临床特征均有所不同。本文就近年来WT-GIST相关研究进展进行总结,旨在为临床医生做出精准诊疗决策提供更多的帮助。 Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)are mainly caused by KIT or PDGFRA gene-driven mutations.About 10%to 15%of GIST in which the mutations cannot be found are classified as wild-type gastrointestinal stromal tumor(WT-GIST).Compared with KIT/PDGFRA mutant GIST,WT-GIST have different molecular genetics,biological morphology and clinical characteristics.This article summarizes the research progress of WT-GIST in recent years,aiming to provide help for clinicians to make accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions.
