摘要
目的探讨戴明环循环(PDCA)管理结合细节护理在手术室安全管理中的效果。方法选取本院2021年2月至2023年2月行手术治疗的234例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式将患者分成两组,对照组118例行常规护理,观察组116例行PDCA结合细节管理模式。两组均为相同的10名护理人员。比较两组手术室不良事件发生率、护理质量评分,以及护理人员安全管理认知度、护理能力考核情况。结果观察组护理差错、医源性损伤、院内感染不良事件发生率仅0.86%,低于对照组的5.88%(P<0.05);消毒隔离、器械准备、设备管理等护理质量得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理人员安全管理认知、安全管理意向、风险意识等安全管理认知度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);专科知识、应急操作、综合抢救能力等护理能力考核得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环结合细节管理在手术室安全管理中可减少不良事件的发生,提升手术室护理质量,提高护理人员安全管理认知度和专业能力。
Objective To probe into the effect of Deming cycle(PDCA)management combined with detail nursing in the safety management of operating room.Methods 234 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to the nursing methods.118 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 116 patients in the observation group received PDCA combined with detail management mode.Both groups were the same 10 nursing staff.The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality score,safety management awareness and nursing ability assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing errors,iatrogenic injury and nosocomial infection adverse events in the observation group was only 0.86%,which was lower than 5.88%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality such as disinfection and isolation,equipment preparation and equipment management were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of safety management cognition,safety management intention and risk awareness of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of specialist knowledge,emergency operation and comprehensive rescue ability of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle combined with detail management can reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the safety management of operating room,improve the quality of nursing in operating room,improve the safety management awareness and professional ability of nursing staff.
