摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式用于手术室腔镜器械送消毒供应中心的效果及对器械灭菌合格率、质量的影响。方法:纳入2020年12月~2021年9月送至消毒供应中心清洗灭菌的600套手术室腔镜器械作为研究样本,按计算机分组法将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组300套,对照组采用常规模式清洗,试验组采用PDCA模式清洗,统计两组样本在不同清洗方式下的清洁效果,对比其灭菌合格率、灭菌所耗时长,并于所有样本清洗灭菌完成后对临床使用单位进行满意度调查。结果:试验组经PDCA模式清洗灭菌后的清洁率96.33%(289/300)高于对照组的79.00%(237/300)、其对应的灭菌合格率93.33%(280/300)高于对照组的76.67%(230/300)、灭菌所耗时长低于对照组、该组手术室腔镜器械经PDCA模式处理后,临床应用的满意率97.33%(292/300)也高于对照组的86.00%(258/300),以上数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA模式用于手术室腔镜器械送消毒供应中心可有效提高物品的清洁率和灭菌合格率,对促进消毒供应中心清洗腔镜器械的质量、提高物品临床使用安全均有着重要意义。
Objective:Discuss the effect of PDCA circulation management mode used in operating room endoscopic instruments to the disinfection supply center and its influence on the sterilization qualification rate and quality of items.Methods:The 600 sets of endoscopic instruments in the operating room that were sent to the disinfection supply center for cleaning and sterilization from December 2020 to September 2021 were included as the research samples,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the computer grouping method,with 300 sets in each group,the control group was cleaned in the normal mode,and the test group was cleaned in the PDCA mode.The cleaning effect,the sterilization qualification rate,the sterilization time spent and the satisfaction rate of clinical use of the two groups of samples under different cleaning methods were compared.Results:The cleanliness rate of items in the test group after cleaning and sterilization in PDCA mode is 96.33%(289/300)higher than that of the control group 79.00%(237/300),and the corresponding sterilization pass rate is 93.33%(280/300)higher than the control group 76.67%(230/300),the time taken for sterilization was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of clinical application was 97.33%(292/300)was also higher than that of the control group 86.00%(258/300)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA mode used in operating room endoscopic instruments sent to the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the cleaning rate of items and the sterilization qualification rate,which is of great significance for promoting the quality of cleaning endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply center and improving the safety of clinical use of items.
