摘要
目的探讨固本止崩汤在无排卵性功能失调性异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取60例无排卵性功能失调性异常子宫出血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用固本止崩汤治疗,比较两组性激素水平、临床效果及安全性。结果两组患者的雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为63.33%,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无排卵性功能失调性异常子宫出血患者中采用固本止崩汤治疗具有显著效果及安全性,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Gubenzhibeng decoction in anovulatory dysfunctional abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Gubenzhibeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The hormone level,clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of estradiol,progesterone,testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone between 2 groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Gubenzhibeng decoction in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional abnormal uterine bleeding has significant effect and safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
