摘要
崩漏是月经的周期、经期、经量发生严重失常的病症,现一般认为导致崩漏的病因病机主要有脾虚,肾虚、血热和血瘀。文章结合临床和古代文献资料,从脾虚浅述崩漏的病因病机及中医药治则。
Metrorrhagia is the disorders of menstruation cycle, menstrual period, and the menstrual quantity. Generally speaking, the causes and mechanisms of the metrorrhagia mainly are spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency, blood heat and blood stasis. This paper was to discuss and analyze the etiology, pathogenesis and therapeutic pricinple of Chinese medicine from the spleen deficiency of the metrorrhagia combined with clinical and ancient literature material.
