摘要
目的对血液细胞检验质量控制应用在临床医学检验中的实际效果与价值进行分析。方法择取2021年12月至2022年12月在我院行血液细胞检验的200例受检者作为研究样本,后续研究以双盲法为原则,将其平均分为对比组(常规血液细胞质量管理)与分析组(血液细胞质量控制管理),分析两组不同放置时间、抗凝剂配置下对血液样本的影响,并对血液细胞检验结果与评定结果进行比较。结果分析组血液样本不同放置时间、抗凝剂配置下的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞与检验结果均显著低于对比组,而组内的评定结果则明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将质量控制应用在临床医学检验中的血液细胞检验,可有效提高样本检验质量,进而为后续诊断与治疗提供参考,值得广泛临床推广。
Objective To analyze the practical effect and value of blood cell test quality control in clinical medical examination.Methods A total of 200 subjects who underwent blood cell tests in our hospital from December 2021 to December of the next year were selected as study samples.In the follow-up study,they were evenly divided into the comparison group(routine blood cell quality management)and the analysis group(blood cell quality control management)based on the principle of double-blind method,and the influence of different placement time and anticoagulant allocation on blood samples in the two groups was analyzed.The results of blood cell examination were compared with those of evaluation.Results The hemoglobin,red blood cells,white blood cells and test results of blood samples in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the control group under different placement time and anticoagulant configuration,while the evaluation results within the group were significantly higher,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control in blood cell examination in clinical medical examination can effectively improve the quality of sample examination,and then improve the reliable reference for subsequent diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
