摘要
目的讨论影响临床医学检验质量控制的因素,提出应对整改措施。方法将2018年3—9月我院收治118例被检患者作为研究对象,将其随机为分两组,每组各59例。比较对照组(施以常规检验方式)、研究组(加强风险防控)干预结果。结果118例患者,共计检验150次,检验失误率20.00%;送检准备失误率23.33%;标本采集失误率20.00%;标本送检失误率36.67%;检验设备方法不当,失误率20.00%。结论规避检验实验室管理不到位,与被检验者自身条件变化等,主要影响临床医学检验质量的因素,对提高检验结果准确度,有着现实指导意义。
Objective To discuss the factors affecting the quality control of clinical medical examination, and propose countermeasures for rectification. Methods From March to September 2018, 118 cases of examined patients were treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups, 59 cases in each group. The intervention results of control group (routine test) and research group (strengthening risk prevention and control) were compared. Results 118 patients, a total of 150 tests, test error rate of 20.00%;The error rate of inspection preparation was 23.33%. The failure rate of specimen collection was 20.00%. The failure rate of specimen delivery was 36.67%. Inspection equipment method was inappropriate, the error rate was 20.00%. Conclusion Avoiding the inadequate management of laboratory and the changes of the examinee's own conditions, which mainly affect the quality of clinical medical laboratory, has practical guiding significance for improving the accuracy of laboratory results.
