摘要
目的分析细菌检验标本的质量,探讨提高细菌检验标本质量的方法,以提高病原学检验的准确性。方法选择2011年12月-2012年12月收治的各科临床患者,参照医学微生物学检验规范制定采集检验检验标本,共收集到13264个样本,对所有样本进行回顾性统计分析。结果在2011年12月-2012年12月收集的13264个细菌检验标本中,12432例标本质量优良、合格,总合格率达92.87%,其中创伤组织、脓肿标本的合格率最高,可达98.02%,其他其次为血液标本、生殖道分泌标本、尿液标本、粪便标本,痰液标本的合格率最低,合格率为85.02%,明显低于其他标本,且差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。无菌操作、标本取样操作选位的准确性、标本的采集量、标本容器的使用、标本的处理和是否及时送检是各类细菌培养标本采集、运送和处理过程中的存在的主要问题。结论严格要求各类细菌培养标本采集、运送和处理过程中无菌操作、标本取样操作选位的准确性、标本的采集量、标本容器的使用、标本的处理对提高细菌检验标本具有至关重要的作用,能有效提高细菌检验标本的质量。
Objective Bacteria test specimen quality, discusses methods to improve the quality of bacteria test specimen, in order to improve the accuracy of etiology inspection. Conclusion Strict with all kinds of bacterial culture specimens in the process of collecting, transporting and processing aseptic operation, specimens from the sample the one on the accuracy of the operation, amount of specimen collection, use of specimen containers, specimen processing to improve the bacteria test specimens have crucial effect, can effectively improve the quality of the bacteria test specimens.
