摘要
目的 了解黑龙江省佳木斯市2017—2021年居民脑血管疾病的死亡现状及变化趋势,为脑血管疾病的预防提供科学依据。方法 收集佳木斯市2017—2021年居民脑血管疾病死亡数据,计算脑血管疾病的死亡率、死因构成比等统计指标,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,通过χ^(2)检验分析死亡趋势。结果 2017—2021年佳木斯市居民总死亡人数为80 112人,其中脑血管疾病死亡21 059人(占26.29%),脑血管疾病位居死因顺位第三;2017—2021年佳木斯市脑血管疾病死亡率呈现上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=301.271,P<0.001)。不同类型的脑血管疾病中缺血性脑血管疾病死亡率最高,呈现上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=199.454,P<0.001);男性居民死亡率230.28/10万,女性居民死亡率132.91/10万;脑血管疾病的死亡率随着居民的年龄升高而上升,60岁以上人群的死亡率最高(692.44/10万);冬季脑血管疾病死亡率最高,不同季节居民脑血管疾病死亡率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=72.647,P<0.001)。结论 佳木斯市居民脑血管疾病的死亡率逐年上升,该疾病在60岁以上的老年人中具有较高的死亡率,并且在冬季该疾病的死亡率最高。
Objective To understand the current situation and trend of cerebrovascular disease mortality in Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province,from 2017 to 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of cerebrovascular disease.Methods The mortality data of cerebrovascular diseases in Jiamusi residents within 5 years from 2017 to 2021 were collected,and the mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases,the constituent ratio of deaths,the ranking of causes of death and other statistical indicators were calculated.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the death trend was analyzed by chi-square test.Results The total number of deaths among residents in Jiamusi City from 2017 to 2021 was 80112,including 21059 deaths from cerebrovascular diseases(26.29%),with cerebrovascular diseases ranking third in the list of causes of death;the mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases in Jiamusi City showed an upward trend from 2017 to 2021(χ^(2)_(trend)=301.271,P<0.001).Ischemic cerebrovascular disease has the highest mortality rate among different types of cerebrovascular diseases,showing an upward trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=199.454,P<0.001).The mortality rate of cerebrovascular disease among male residents is 230.28/100000,and that of cerebrovascular disease among female residents is 132.91/100000.The mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases increases with the age of residents,with the highest mortality rate among people over 60 years old(692.44/100000).The mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases is the highest in winter,and there is a statistically significant difference in the mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases among residents in different seasons(χ^(2)=72.647,P<0.001).Conclusion The mortality rate of cerebrovascular disease in Jiamusi City is increasing year by year,the disease has a high mortality rate in the elderly over 60,and the mortality rate is the highest in winter,which has seriously affected the health of residents.
