摘要
为了解决高强IF钢边部色差缺陷问题,采用扫描电镜和热重分析仪对高强IF钢边部色差缺陷的形貌以及热轧卷不同位置氧化铁皮的生长特性和组织特点进行研究。结果表明,高强IF钢边部色差缺陷产生的原因主要是由于冷轧卷存在表面开裂,造成边部缺陷位置与表面正常位置光线漫反射差异,从而形成宏观色差缺陷;而边部表面开裂主要是由于边部与中部的氧化铁皮厚度和结构存在差异,造成边部过酸洗,以及由于边部热轧温度过低,造成边部存在细小、拉长的铁素体形貌特征,使得其抗冷轧变形能力减弱。通过调整终轧温度、卷取温度和热轧速度,同时提高酸洗速度和降低冷轧压缩比,可有效抑制高强IF钢边部色差缺陷的产生。
In order to solve the problem of edge color defect of high strength IF steel,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)were used to study the morphology of color defects at the edge of high strength IF steel and growth characteristics of scale and features of organization on different positions of hot rolled coil.The results show that color defects at the edge of high strength IF steel are mainly caused by surface cracking of cold rolled coil,which results in diffuse light reflection difference between the edge defect position and the normal surface position,thus forming the macroscopic color difference defect.The cracking of the edge surface is mainly due to the difference in the thickness and structure of the oxide scale between the edge and the middle,resulting in over-pickling of the edge,and due to the low hot rolling temperature of the edge,resulting in a fine and elongated ferrite morphology at edge,which weakens its cold rolling deformation resistance.By adjusting the finishing rolling temperature,coiling temperature and hot rolling speed,increasing the pickling speed and reducing the cold rolling compression ratio,the color defects at the edge of high strength IF steel can be effectively inhibited.
