摘要
大型泵站进水流道是整个泵站土建施工中最复杂、难度最大的部位。若流道体型控制不佳,将引起肘形流道机组安装困难、水流流态改变、水力效率降低、整改难度大等,并造成施工成本增加。基于某泵站工程实际,对泵站异形流道体型控制进行研究,对影响流道体型偏差的主要因素进行施工工艺改进,体型成型效果得到良好控制。
The inlet passage of large pumping station is the most complicated and diffcult part in the whole civil construction of pumping station.If the shape of the passages is not well controlled,it will cause diffculties in the installation of the elbow passage unit,the change of waterflow pattern,the reduction of hydraulic effciency,the diffculty of rectification,and the increase of construction costs.Based on the engineering practice of a pumping station,this paper studies the shape control of the special-shaped passages,improves the construction technology of the main factors which affecting the shape deviation of the passages,and the shape forming effect is well controlled.
