摘要
针对黄河下游某提水灌溉泵站优化前后进水管路的水力特性进行数值模拟,分析3种流量下进水管路不同截面的流速分布和流线分布、出口(水泵进口)截面流速分布均匀度、管路水力损失、管路涡量分布及涡量值。结果表明:通过优化,进水管路水力损失、管路涡量分布及涡量值显著降低,提高了出口截面流速分布均匀度,进水管路水流流态和流速满足规范要求。
The hydraulic characteristics of an irrigation pumping station in the lower Yellow River before and after optimization were simulated numerically. The Yellow River was carried out,and the flow velocity distribution and streamline distribution of different sections of the inlet pipeline the cross-sectional flow velocity distribution at the outlet( pump inlet) section,the hydraulic loss of the pipeline,the distribution of the pipeline vorticity and the value of the vorticity were analyzed under three flow rates. The results show that through optimization,the hydraulic loss,the distribution of pipeline vorticity and the value of vorticity are significantly reduced. Besides,the velocity distribution uniformity at the outlet cross-section is improved.The flow pattern and velocity of the inlet pipeline meet the requirements of the specification.
