摘要
杭州三堡排涝泵站进水口位于已建京杭运河三堡二线船闸上游引航道口门区,所处水流环境复杂,进水口防护工程施工会受通航现状制约,且泵站排涝流量大,易对现有航道建筑物安全产生不利影响。在数学模型计算成果的基础上,完成了进水口防护方案设计,并通过进水口引航道及河段的局部定床物理模型试验,对进水口防护方案进行了优化。优化后的方案可确保在不断航的情况下施工,并减少施工期对航运安全的影响,可达到工期短、工程质量可靠、投资最省的目的。该优化方案对研究大流量排涝泵站进水口工程与航(河)道建筑物有效结合、防护工程设计等具有重要的参考价值。
Water inlet of Hangzhou Sanbao Drainage Pumping Station is located in navigation gate area on the upstream part of Sanbao No.2 ship lock of the constructed Beijing Hangzhou Canal.The location has complicated flow environment,and water inlet protection work construction is limited by navigation status.Pumping station drainage flow is large.Unbeneficial influence can be produced on building safety of existing waterway.Water inlet protection plan is designed on the basis of calculation results of mathematic model.Water inlet protection plan is optimized through water inlet approach channel and river section local fixed-bed physical model.Optimized plan can ensure that the work can be constructed under the condition of not stopping navigation.Influence of construction period on shipping safety can be reduced,thereby reaching the purposes of short construction period,reliable project quality and the lowest investment.Pumping station water inlet project is effectively combined with navigation(river) building by optimization plan.Protection project design,etc.has important reference value.
