摘要
介绍了催化裂化油浆、煤沥青、煤液化沥青等高黏高含固物料的性质及固体颗粒粒度分布,分析了重力沉降法、静电分离技术、离心分离法、助剂沉降法、过滤分离法、溶剂法和超临界萃取法等固液分离法在高黏物料脱灰脱固方面的优缺点及工业化应用情况。分析结果表明:催化油浆可选择过滤法实现工业化小规模精细脱固,也可选择溶剂法和超临界萃取法进行大规模脱固;煤沥青可将萃取与沉降、离心等手段结合,进行固液分离;煤液化沥青可选择溶剂法和超临界萃取法进行规模化连续脱固,在此基础上,可结合过滤法实现精细脱固,获得超纯原料。
The properties and particle size distribution of high viscosity solid materials such as catalytic cracking slurry,coal tar pitch and coal liquefaction pitch were introduced.The analysis was made on the advantages and disadvantages of different solid-liquid separation technologies such as gravity sedimentation,electrostatic separation,centrifugal separation,additive sedimentation,filtration separation,solvent,and supercritical extraction in ash and solid removal of high viscosity materials and their industrial application.The analysis results showed that the catalytic cracking slurry could choose the filtration method to achieve industrial small-scale fine solid removal,and the solvent method and supercritical extraction method could also be selected for large-scale solid removal.Coal tar pitch could combine extraction,sedimentation,centrifugation and other technologies to carry out solid-liquid separation;solvent method and supercritical extraction method could be selected for large-scale continuous solid removal of coal liquefaction pitch,and on this basis,fine solid removal could be achieved by combining with filtration method to obtain ultra-pure raw materials.
