摘要
实验研究了固溶处理工艺对FGH91合金组织和性能的影响。分析发现,FGH91合金在低于γ’相固溶温度进行固溶处理,随着固溶温度的升高,其晶粒尺寸没有明显变化,晶内一次γ’相含量减少,二次γ’相逐渐增多且尺寸略有增大;FGH91合金随着固溶温度的升高,室温硬度,室温及高温拉伸强度提高;FGH91合金随固溶处理后冷却速率的降低,晶界弯曲幅度和弯曲频率增加,合金持久蠕变性能提高。
The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and properties of FGH91 was studied.The re‐sults show that when FGH91 alloy is treated at a solution temperature belowγ'solidus,with the increase of solu‐tion temperature,the grain size of FGH91 alloy has no obvious change,the content of primaryγ'phase decreases.The size and content of secondaryγ'phase increase gradually with the increase of solution temperature.The hard‐ness and tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature tensile strength of FGH91 alloy increase with the increase of solution temperature.With the decrease of cooling rate after solution treatment,the grain bound‐ary bending amplitude and frequency increase,and the stress rupture life and creep property of FGH91 alloy is improved.
