摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对FGH96合金在不同冷却介质下γ′相的析出行为进行了实验研究。结果显示:时效前后,γ′形态均为球形,水冷得到的γ′相尺寸最小。硬度测试结果表明:水冷得到的合金硬度值最大,油冷次之,盐浴冷最小;时效后,硬度仍然保持冷却后相应的顺序。
The experiment that effect of cooling mediums on γ′ precipitates and properties in FGH96 alloy was carried out by using optical microscope (OM) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM). The results showed that the γ′ precipitates formed were spherical in shape as-cooled or aged, the size of γ′ precipitates was the smallest using water cooling. The results of hardness test indicated that the highest hardness value of alloys was gained using water cooling, followed by oil cooling, and the lowest using salt bath cooling; the hardness value of aged specimen was maintained the same order to that as-quenched specimen.
