基于ABAQUS模拟淬火对6061-T6铝合金铸件残余应力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对6061-T6铝合金汽车前纵梁加强板的淬火过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:铝合金铸件的Mises残余应力峰值随淬火温度的升高逐渐降低,80℃水淬后高残余应力区应力相差最大为22 MPa;S11横向残余应力峰值随淬火温度的升高先升高后降低,80℃水淬后高残余应力区应力相差最大为60 MPa;S33纵向残余应力峰值随淬火温度的升高而降低,80℃淬火后高残余应力区应力整体明显下降。此外,80℃水淬后S11和S33残余应力实测值与模拟值基本吻合,因此,在生产实践中该铝合金铸件应在80℃水淬。 Quenching process of reinforcing plate of 6061-T6 aluminum ally for front longitudinal beam of automobile was numerically simulated by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results showed that(a)the peak value of Mises residual stress of aluminum alloy castings decreased gradually with the increase in quenching temperature,and the maximum stress difference was 22 MPa in the high residual stress region after quenching in water at 80℃;(b)the peak value of transverse residual stress(S11)firstly increased and then decreased with the increase in quenching temperature,and the maximum stress difference was 60 MPa in the high residual stress region after quenching in water at 80℃;(c)the peak value of longitudinal residual stress(S33)decreased with the increase in quenching temperature,and the stress overall decreased obviously in the high residual stress region after quenching in water at 80℃.In addition,the measured values of S11 and S33 residual stresses after quenching at 80℃were basically consistent with the simulated values.Therefore,the aluminum alloy casting should be quenched in water at 80℃in production practice.
