摘要 针对现有池塘水质监测方法存在监测过程繁琐、监测结果不理想等问题,提出基于无人机遥感技术的渔业养殖池塘水质监测方法.该方法以某水产养殖公司的半循环养殖池塘作为实验对象,在该池塘设置10个监测点后,利用六旋翼无人机搭载高光谱成像仪和地物高光谱仪方式采集目标区域遥感图像,同时以采样方式采集该10个监测点水质,并检测后得到水质的总氮、总磷等物质含量数值;以池塘遥感为基础,依据其量级对池塘遥感图像进行量化处理,得到池塘遥感图像的量-辐射率,以该量-辐射率为基础对池塘高光谱图像辐射实施校正处理;将校正后的池塘高光谱辐射值和水质检测结果作为输入,结合偏最小二乘法、径向基神经网络模型和支持向量机算法,建立水质监测反演模型,利用该模型输出渔业养殖池塘水质监测结果.实验表明:该方法可有效监测渔业养殖池塘水质内总氮、总磷等分布情况,且监测结果较为准确,具备较好的应用效果. Aiming at the problems of complicated monitoring process and unsatisfactory monitoring results of existing pond water quality monitoring methods,a water quality monitoring method for fishery aquaculture ponds based on UAV remote sensing technology was proposed.This method takes a semi circular aquaculture pond of an aquaculture company as the experimental object.After 10 monitoring points are set in the pond,the six rotor UAV is used to carry a hyperspectral imager and a surface hyperspectral instrument to collect remote sensing images of the target area.At the same time,the water quality of the 10 monitoring points is collected by sampling,and the content values of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and other substances in the water are obtained after detection;On the basis of pond remote sensing,the pond remote sensing image is quantized according to its magnitude,and the quantity radiance of the pond remote sensing image is obtained.Based on this quantity radiance,the pond hyperspectral image radiation is corrected;With the corrected hyperspectral radiation value of the pond and the water quality detection results as the input,a water quality monitoring inversion model is established by combining the partial least squares method,radial basis function neural network module and support vector machine algorithm,and the water quality monitoring results of the aquaculture pond are output using this model.The experiment shows that this method can effectively monitor the distribution of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the water quality of aquaculture ponds,and the monitoring results are more accurate,with good application effect.
