摘要
黄炎培职业教育思想体系形成于20世纪20年代,具有平民化、实用化、社会化、科学化和融合化五大特质。黄炎培职业教育思想的当代价值主要体现在四个方面:其一,科学生活方式的探寻,保障学生(生徒)的全面和谐发展;其二,提升职业教育的实用性,强化“综合型”职业技能人才的培育;其三,增强职业教育的公平性,促进个体自我价值的实现;其四,完善职普融通,构建高质量发展的职业教育体系。
Huang Yanpei’s vocational education ideology was formed in the 1920s,and has five characteristics:popularization,practicality,socialization,scientificity and integration.The contemporary value of Huang Yanpei’s thoughts on vocational education is mainly reflected in four aspects:first,the search of scientific way of life to ensure the comprehensive and harmonious development of students(students and apprentices);second,to enhance the practicality of vocational education and strengthen the cultivation of“comprehensive”vocational talents;third,to enhance the fairness of vocational education and promote the realization of individual self-worth;fourth,to improve the integration of general and vocational education and build a high-quality vocational education system.
