摘要
针对煤矸石为代表的高灰低热值难燃煤样发热量测定的准确度与精密度较低的问题,试验研究了多种测试方案。结果表明:在煤样下垫整片标准苯甲酸后用擦镜纸包好压紧或在坩埚底部垫酸洗石棉后在煤样下垫整片标准苯甲酸这2种试验方案,从准确度和精密度角度考虑是高灰低热值难燃煤样发热量测定的最优方案。
It is difficult to obtain high accuracy and precision results for calorific determination of high ash and low calorific value flame-retardant coal samples represented by gangue.Try multiple protocols to get the best protocol.The results show that the whole piece of standard benzoic acid is wrapped and pressed under the coal sample and then wrapped with lens paper,or the whole piece of standard benzoic acid is padded under the coal sample after pickling asbestos at the bottom of the crucible,which is the optimal method for the calorific determination of high ash and low calorific value flame-retardant coal sample from the perspective of accuracy and precision.
