摘要
利用煤质常规分析中各项目之间的相互关联性,审核测试结果的准确性,对工业分析中浮煤与原煤在灰分、干燥无灰基挥发分、全硫以及发热量之间的关系进行了详细的分析比对,并对测试中出现的反常现象进行了原因分析,提出了相应的解决办法,为煤质检测的完整、准确提供了保证。
Using correlation between each project in coal conventional analysis to review the accuracy of the test restLlts, float coal and coal ash, volatile matter, the relationship between the total sulfur and calorific value in proximate analysis were analyzed and compared, the reason of abnormal phenomenon in the test was analyzed, the corresponding measures were put forward, which ensured completeness and accuracy of coal quality test.
