摘要
党的二十大报告指出,要以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族的伟大复兴,而站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展,是持续推动中国式现代化的内在要求。其中,产业生态化是推动我国产业结构升级,建设生态文明,提升产业竞争力以及实现人与自然和谐共生的有效方式和路径安排。位于湖北省东南部的咸宁市,绿色生态资源丰富。研究咸宁产业生态化转型路径,有利于顺应经济发展新形势,提升咸宁对外贸易和经济合作的质量和水平,推动咸宁经济高质量发展。本文在对咸宁产业生态化发展特征与产业生态化转型困境的分析基础上,对咸宁产业生态化发展特征与转型困境进行了分析。其次,从国家层面、省级层面和市级层面分析了咸宁产业生态化转型面临的发展机遇和发展风险,明晰了咸宁产业生态化转型的发展思路。最后,提出了咸宁产业生态化发展路径。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,and to plan for development at the height of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,is the internal requirement of continuing to promote Chinese path to modernization.Among them,industrial ecology is an effective way and path arrangement to promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure,build ecological civilization,enhance industrial competitiveness,and achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Xianning City,located in the southeast of Hubei Province,is rich in green ecological resources.Studying the ecological transformation path of Xianning's industry is conducive to adapting to the new situation of economic development,improving the quality and level of Xianning's foreign trade and economic cooperation,and promoting high-quality economic development in Xianning.Based on the analysis of the ecological development characteristics and transformation difficulties of Xianning's industry,this article analyzes the ecological development characteristics and transformation difficulties of Xianning's industry.Secondly,the development opportunities and risks faced by the ecological transformation of Xianning's industry were analyzed at the national,provincial,and municipal levels,and the development ideas for the ecological transformation of Xianning's industry were clarified.Finally,the ecological development path of Xianning's industry was proposed.
