摘要
在切实加强和改进民族工作的新形势下,推动民族地区经济社会高质量发展尤为关键。产城融合共生可以实现产业、城市、各民族居民和生态之间的系统融合和良性互动,对促进民族交流交往交融具有重要的战略意义。民族地区产城融合共生的理论内涵界定包括生态为本、融合为基、共生为标三个维度,政府引导、市场主导、居民参与,各级层的耦合协调构成民族地区产城融合共生的多层次动力机制,实现民族地区产城融合共生,还需要探索构建“四推进四打造”的实现路径。
Under the new situation of actually strengthening and improving ethnic work,it is particularly crucial to promote high-quality economic and social development in ethnic areas.The integration and symbiosis of production and city can realize the system integration and benign interaction among industry,city,residents and ecology,which is of great strategic significance to promote the communication and integration of all ethnic groups.The theoretical connotation of the integration and symbiosis of industry and city in ethnic areas includes three dimensions:ecology as the foundation,integration as the foundation,and symbiosis as the standard.Government guidance,market leadership,residents’participation,and coupling and coordination at all levels constitute a multi-level driving mechanism for the integration and symbiosis of industry and city in ethnic areas.To achieve the integration and symbiosis of industry and city in ethnic areas,it is necessary to explore the implementation path of constructing the“four promotion and four creation”.
