摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年8月至2021年8月糖尿病性视网膜病变患者98例,将98例样本开展分组讨论,每组49例,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取延续性护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组干预前血糖水平比较,差异统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组指标明显更低(P<0.05)。干预前评估生活质量(P>0.05),干预之后观察组各维度评分显著提升(P<0.05)。对照组总满意度为79.59%,观察组总满意度为97.96%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前组间SAS、SDS评分比较,差异统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可有效改善糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的血糖水平,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care in patients with diabetes retinopathy.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,98 patients with diabetes retinopathy in our hospital were selected,and 98 samples were divided into groups to discuss,with 49 cases in each group.Routine nursing was adopted in the control group,and continuous nursing was adopted in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared before the intervention(P>0.05),and the indicators of the observation group were significantly lower after the intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life was evaluated before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the control group was 79.59%,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.96%(P<0.05).Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the blood sugar level of patients with diabetes retinopathy and improve the quality of life.
