摘要
目的 分析光学相干断层成像(OCT)评估白内障术后低视力原因的价值。方法 选取行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术,但术后0.05≤最佳矫正视力(BCVA)<0.3(低视力)的91例(91眼)患者为研究对象,观察患者术后OCT检查结果 ,分析其图像特征,评估白内障术后低视力原因。结果 91例(91眼)白内障术后低视力患者OCT检查结果显示:合并年龄相关性黄斑变性35例(38.46%),糖尿病性视网膜病变19例(20.88%),高度近视性脉络膜视网膜病变13例(14.29%),视网膜静脉阻塞10例(10.99%),视神经萎缩6例(6.59%),黄斑前膜5例(5.49%),黄斑裂孔3例(3.30%)。结论 经OCT分析显示,白内障患者术后低视力的主要原因为年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病性视网膜病变、高度近视性脉络膜视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、视神经萎缩等。OCT检查有助于了解白内障患者术后低视力的原因。
Objective To analyze the value of the causes of low vision after cataract surgery evaluated by optical coherence tomography(OCT).Methods 91 patients(91 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation but had had 0.05≤postoperative best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)<0.3(low vision)were selected for the study.The results of postoperative OCT examination were observed,the image characteristics were analyzed,and the causes of postoperative low vision were evaluated.Results In 91 patients(91 eyes),35 eyes(38.46%)were found to have age-related macular degeneration,19 eyes(20.88%)were found to have diabetic retinopathy,13 eyes(14.29%)were found to have pathologic myopia of retinopathy,10 eyes(10.99%)were found to have retinal vein occlusion,6 eyes(6.59%)were found to have optic atrophy,5 eyes(5.49%)were found to have macular epiretinal membrane,3 eyes(3.30%)were found to have macular hole.Conclusion OCT analysis shows that the main causes of postoperative low vision in cataract patients were age-related macular degeneration,diabetic retinopathy,pathologic myopia of retinopathy,retinal vein obstruction,and optic atrophy.OCT examination helps to understand the causes of postoperative low vision in cataract patients.
