摘要
目的:观察黄龙止咳颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月该院收治的80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]水平、疾病相关指标[嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)]水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组EOS、FeNO水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄龙止咳颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿可提高治疗总有效率和肺功能指标水平,降低疾病相关指标水平,其效果优于单纯沙美特罗替卡松治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Huanglong Zhike granules combined with Salmeterol and Fluticasone propionate in treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 children with cough variant asthma admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Salmeterol and Fluticasone propionate,while the study group was treated with Huanglong Zhike granules on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],the disease-related index levels[eosinophils(EOS),exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)],the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of EOS and FeNO in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huanglong Zhike granules combined with Salmeterol and Fluticasone propionate in the treatment of the children with cough variant asthma can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of lung function indexes,and reduce the levels of disease-related indexes.Moreover,i
