摘要
探究重症早期预警护理对手足口病患儿并发症发生率的影响。选取2020年8月—2021年9月贵阳市公共卫生救治中心收治的74例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组,每组各37例。对参照组的37例患儿实施常规护理干预,对试验组的37例患儿实施重症早期预警护理干预。对比两组家属的满意度、并发症发生率、症状改善、住院时间、血液学检查结果。结果显示,干预后,试验组家属满意度、并发症发生率、症状改善、住院时间、血液学检查结果均较参照组优(P<0.05)。研究发现,在手足口病患儿的护理中,采取重症早期预警护理模式有利于降低患儿并发症的发生率,加快其症状改善,促进患儿临床指标的恢复,缩短住院时长。
Evaluate and study the value of early warning nursing for severe cases in children with hand,foot,and mouth disease.74 children with hand,foot,and mouth disease were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.Routine nursing interventions were implemented on 37 children in the reference group,and early warning nursing methods for severe illness were implemented on 37 children in the experimental group.Test the nursing outcomes of each group and analyze the incidence of complications.The results showed that after intervention,the incidence of complications,parents’satisfaction,symptom improvement,hospital stay,and Hematology examination results in the test group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting a critical early warning nursing model in the care of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease is benefi cial for reducing the incidence of complications,accelerating symptom improvement,promoting the recovery of clinical indicators,and shortening hospital stay.
