摘要
目的 探讨早期预警护理在EV71型重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿中的应用效果及对疾病转归的影响.方法 将62例EV71型重症HFMD患儿按照双盲随机法分为观察组(早期预警护理)与对照组(常规护理),各31例.比较两组的护理效果.结果 干预后3 d,两组的CK-MB水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的发热持续时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔疼痛消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组的PEWS评分均降低,生存质量各项评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 早期预警护理可有效控制EV71型重症HFMD患儿的病情发展,促进患儿康复,改善其生存质量,提高患儿家属的护理满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of early warning nursing in children with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)of EV71 and its influence on the prognosis of the disease.Methods A total of 62 children with severe HFMD of EV71 were divided into observation group(early warning nursing)and control group(routine nursing)according to the double-blind randomized method,with 31 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the three days after intervention,the CK-MB level in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The fever duration,rash subsidence time,oral pain subsidence time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PEWS score in the two groups decreased,and the quality of life scores increased,those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning nursing can effectively control the development of disease in children with severe HFMD of EV71,promote the rehabilitation,ameliorate the quality of life of children,and improve the satisfaction of the family members.
