基于微波消解-离子色谱法的地表水总磷含量测定

摘要 既有地表水检测项目中诸如孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法、钼酸铵分光光度法等检测方案存在灵敏度较低的情况,无法满足测定标准要求。为提高总磷测定方案的灵敏度、降低其检出限,特融合微波消解前处理技术与离子色谱测定法,并对微波消解时间以及温度、离子色谱条件优化、实验水样色度与浊度等可能对测定结果造成影响的指标进行了分析与优化。结果表明:经过优化后微波消解-离子色谱法在实际水样测定作业中的相对标准偏差为2.9%~25%;回收率为92%~109%,可以较好地满足地表水测定需求,且在水样浊度与色度方面具有较好的抗干扰能力,操作过程相对便捷,测定结果精密度较高,具备推广普及与持续研究的价值。 In the existing surface water detection items,such as malachite green-phosphomolybdenum heteropoly acid spectrophotometry,ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry and other detection schemes have low sensitivity,which cannot meet the requirements of measurement standards.In order to improve the sensitivity of the determination scheme of total phosphorus and reduce its detection limit,the pretreatment technology of microwave digestion and ion chromatography were combined,and the indexes that may affect the determination results such as microwave digestion time and temperature,optimization of ion chromatography conditions,chroma and turbidity of experimental water samples were analyzed and optimized.The results show that the detection limit of microwave digestion-ion chromatography is reduced to 0.002mg/L after optimization,which can better meet the requirements of surface water measurement,and has good anti-interference ability in the turbidity and chroma of water samples.The operation process is relatively convenient;the precision of the measurement results is high,and has the value of popularization and continuous research.
