摘要
样品采集是科学研究的主要手段,水样变化对数据分析的稳定有着重要意义。本研究参照目前使用较为普遍的保存方式,结合地表水水样NO_(3)-N浓度的变化原因,提出加酸保存、过滤保存以及加酸过滤三种方法,并通过设计实验观察不同保存方法的保存效果,提出最优保存方法。实验研究表明得到过滤加酸可作为地表水测定NO_(3)-N的水样最佳保存方法,能保存到30天左右。
Sample collection is the main means of scientific research,and the change of water sample is of great significance to the stability of data analysis.In this study,according to present application preservation methods and the reason of surface water’s NO_(3)-N density change,acidification,three ways which include of filtration,and acidification of filtered were proposed to preserve.We can propose the most superior preserved method through the observation different method’s preserved effect.The results of experiment show that acidification of filtered can take as the best preservation method for surface water density which needs to determine NO_(3)-N and this method can save surface water to 30 days.
