摘要 随着汽车全球化的市场竞争日益加剧,用户体验要求越来越严苛,产品的可靠性成为制造企业研究的重要课题。以产品全生命周期对零部件质量进行系统管控,通过在新项目开发阶段对零部件进行充分的试验验证,实现产品质量前移管理,缩短新品开发周期;通过在量产阶段对试验进行精准布控,实现质量问题装车前预警并遏制;通过在售后市场阶段对故障件进行敏捷解析,实现产品技术改进,防止新品再发。如此循环管理,从而确保零部件在终端稳定可靠,提升产品在市场的竞争力。 With the increasingly fierce market competition of automobile globalization,the requirements of user experience are becoming more and more stringent,and the reliability of products has become an important research topic for manufacturing enterprises.The parts quality is systematically controlled by the product life cycle,through the new project development stage,the parts are fully tested and verified,so as to realize the product quality forward management and shorten the new product development cycle;through the precise layout control of the test in the mass production stage,realize the early warning and containment of quality problems before loading;through the agile analysis of faulty parts in the aftermarket stage,product technical improvement can be realized and new products can be prevented from reappearing.Such cycle management can ensure the stability and reliability of the parts in the terminal and enhance the competitiveness of the products in the market.
