超声波技术在发动机再制造中的研究与应用

摘要 根据某型号发动机再制造要求,探讨了再制造零部件的测试方法,分析了超声波技术在测量再制造零件表面硬度和强度方面的影响因素,在超声波技术应用研究与现场验证的基础上,确定了超声波测试精度的措施,保证了再制造零部件质量的正确判定,为再制造发动机的质量保证和可靠性提升奠定了技术基础。 Based on the remanufacturing requirements of a certain model of engine,the testing methods for remanufactured parts were explored,and the influencing factors of ultrasonic technology in measuring the surface hardness and strength of remanufactured parts were analyzed.Based on the application research and on-site verification of ultrasonic technology,measures for ultrasonic testing accuracy were determined to ensure the correct judgment of the quality of remanufactured parts,This has laid a technical foundation for the quality assurance and reliability improvement of remanufactured engines.
