摘要 为保证煤矿井下关键用电设备不断电持续工作,针对煤矿井下关键设备用电特点,设计了一款使用ARM芯片STM32F429IGT6和FPGA芯片XC6SLX9-2TQG144C作为联合控制主控芯片的不间断电源(UPS)。ARM芯片负责一次逆变控制、整体逻辑控制和外部通信,FPGA芯片按ARM芯片指令进行二次逆变正弦波生成和输出调节,两芯片之间实时信息交互、实现联合控制。此UPS能够在恶劣的工矿环境中安全稳定的运行,响应速度快,可靠性高,可与能源管理系统实时交互,保证了煤矿井下关键用电设备的持久可靠运行。 To ensure the continuous power supply of key electrical equipment in the coal mine,a uninterruptible power supply(UPS)using ARM chip STM32F429IGT6 and FPGA chip XC6SLX9-2TQG144C as the joint control master chips was designed according to the characteristics of the power supply of key electrical equipment in the coal mine.The ARM chip was responsible for the primary inverter control,overall logic control and external communication.The FPGA chip generates the secondary inverter sine wave and adjusts the output according to the ARM instructions.The two chips interact with each other in real-time to achieve joint control.This UPS can operate safely and stably in harsh industrial and mining environments with fast response speed and high reliability.It can interact with the energy management system,and ensure the durable and reliable operation of key electrical equipment in the coal mine.
