摘要
提出了由信息采集层、数据传输层、系统控制层组成的基于物联网的煤矿关键设备管控系统架构。以传感信息采集、异构网络互联互通、数据融合与处理、设计模式应用为关键技术,重点阐述了系统的总体设计和3层架构的详细设计。该系统设计合理、可用性和可靠性强,能够覆盖煤矿关键设备的生产、运输、仓储、使用和维护的全过程管控。
The paper proposed system architecture of mine key-equipments monitoring system based on the internet of things, which composed of information collection layer, data communication layer and system control layer. It mainly discussed the general system design and the detailed design of three- layer architecture, which takes sensing information collection, interconnection of heterogeneous networks, data integration and processing as key technologies. It proved that the system is reasonably, availability and reliability, and can cover the whole process of production, transportation, storage, use and maintain.
