摘要
目的:探究家属监督的康复训练对老年脊柱骨折患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择医院接受治疗的80例老年脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者接受常规康复训练,观察组患者基于对照组常规康复训练的基础上接受家属参与的康复训练,比较组间依从性、术后康复情况、生活质量。结果:干预后30 d,两组患者依从性评分均较干预前提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,组间功能独立量表(FIM)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者社会及生理功能、情感及生理职能、精神及总体健康、躯体疼痛、活力评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年脊柱骨折患者接受家属参与的康复训练能够有效改善患者的依从性,改善机体康复指标,进而提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the impact of family supervised rehabilitation training on the quality of life of elderly patients with spinal fractures.Method:80 elderly patients with spinal fractures who received treatment in hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases using a number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received rehabilitation training involving family members based on the control group.Compliance,postoperative rehabilitation,and quality of life between the groups were compared.Result:After 30 days of intervention,After 30 days of intervention,the rehabilitation compliance scores of both groups of patients improved compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The scores of Functional Independence Scale(FIM)and Activity of Daily Living(ADL)in both groups of patients increased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The social and physiological functions,emotional and physiological functions,mental and overall health,physical pain,and vitality scores of the two groups of patients increased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with spinal fractures who receive rehabilitation training involving their families can effectively improve their compliance,improve the body's rehabilitation indicators,and ultimately improve their quality of life.
