摘要
目的探讨阶梯式康复护理干预在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的脑梗死恢复期患者86例,随机分为两组各43例。观察组实施阶梯式康复护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,两组均随访3个月。对比两组的康复依从性、肢体功能及日常生活能力。结果观察组康复依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评估量表(FMA)、日常生活能力指数量表(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式康复护理干预能够提高脑梗死恢复期患者的康复依从性,促进其肢体功能、日常生活能力的恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period.Methods 86 patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group received stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.The rehabilitation compliance,limb function and ability of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Limb Function Assessment Scale(FMA)and the ability of daily living(ADL)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation compliance of patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period,and promote the recovery of limb function and ability of daily living.
