摘要
随着煤炭行业高质量发展与不断强化煤质分级利用,对煤炭运输防冻剂的技术指标与作业管理要求日趋精细化,但煤炭运输防冻剂标准相对陈旧及未对煤炭运输防冻剂组分提出明确要求而有待再次修订改进,基于煤炭运输防冻剂与融雪剂的组分及性能要求较为相似且国内融雪剂技术标准体系较为完善,对煤炭运输防冻剂与融雪剂标准的技术指标对比分析可为煤炭运输防冻剂相关标准的制修订提供技术依据。简介煤炭运输防冻剂与融雪剂标准体系,分析现行煤炭运输防冻剂与融雪剂的相关标准的技术指标,从产品外观、融雪防冻性能、金属腐蚀性、防冻液成分、作业面损伤、使用作业技术规范等方面对比煤炭运输防冻剂与融雪剂标准具体技术指标的异同,同时指出煤炭融雪剂与运输防冻剂标准体系存在的不足之处。虽目前融雪剂标准体系已相对完善,但对金属腐蚀性的要求相对单一,仅对碳钢腐蚀率提出相应的控制要求;煤炭运输防冻剂标准已具备再版修订的必要性,完善煤炭运输防冻剂标准对煤炭的分级利用具有重要意义。经与融雪剂标准技术指标对比,对煤炭运输防冻剂标准制修订提出增加固态防冻剂的相关质控指标、对氯元素含量进行分级控制以及明确金属腐蚀性的金属试片型号等建议。
With the high-quality development of the coal industry and the continuous enhancement of coal classification utilization,the technical indexes and operation management requirements of coal transportation antifreeze are becoming more and more refined.However,the standards of coal transportation antifreeze are relatively old and no clear requirements are put forward for the components of coal transportation antifreeze,so it need to be revised and improved again.Based on the similar composition and performance requirements of coal transportation antifreeze and snow-melting agent,and the domestic technical standard system of snow-melting agent is relatively perfect.The comparative analysis of technical indexes of coal transportation antifreeze and snow-melting agent standards can provide technical basis for the formulation and revision of relevant standards of coal transportation antifreeze.This paper introduced the standard system of coal transportation antifreeze and snow-melting agent,and analyzed the technical indexes of the relevant standards of coal transportation antifreeze and snow-melting agent.From the aspects such as product appearance,snow-melting antifreeze performance,metal corrosion,antifreeze composition,working surface damage,and operational technical specifications,the differences and similarities between coal transportation antifreeze and snow-melting agent standards were compared.At the same time,the deficiencies of the standard system of snow melting agent and coal transportation antifreeze were pointed out.Although the standard system of snow-melting agent has been relatively perfect,the requirement of metal corrosion is relatively simple.Only the corresponding control requirements for the corrosion rate of carbon steel are proposed.The coal transportation antifreeze standard has the necessity of revision,and it is of great significance to improve the coal transportation antifreeze standard for coal classification utilization.Compared with the standard technical index of snow-melting agent,some
