摘要
缓冲器作为一种吸能元件广泛应用于轨道交通、航空航天以及船舶等行业,基于涡流原理研制出一种耐高速冲击电涡流缓冲器,并应用MAXWELL软件对影响电涡流缓冲器阻尼力的各参数进行仿真计算,通过冲击试验研究缓冲器动态性能及影响电涡流缓冲器阻尼力的关键因素,验证仿真计算结果的准确性,最终研制出一种新型的耐高速冲击电涡流缓冲器,并为后续缓冲器的结构设计提供理论和试验依据。
Buffer,as a kind of energy absorption components are widely used in rail transportation,aviation,ships and other industries.Based on the principle of eddy current,a high speed impact eddy current buffer is developed in this paper.MAXWELL software is used to simulate and calculate the parameters that affect the damping force of eddy current buffer.The dynamic performance and the key factors affecting the damping force of the eddy current buffer are studied by impact test,and verify the accuracy of the simulation results.It provides a basis for the structural design of eddy current buffer with high speed impact resistance.
