摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理联合视频宣教在腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月临沭县人民医院收治的腹泻患儿100例作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理联合视频宣教。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。护理后,观察组疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。观察组患儿家长满意度评分及对宣教质量各项指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:舒适护理联合视频宣教应用于腹泻患儿中,可有效提高其治疗依从性,改善其负性情绪及疼痛程度,同时提高患儿家长护理满意度,宣教质量及护理效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing combined with video education in children withdiarrhea.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,a total of 100 children with diarrhea admitted to Linshu People's Hospital wereselected as the study subjects.According to the random touch ball method,they were divided into observation group and controlgroup,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortnursing combined with video education.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The treatmentcompliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).After nursing,the pain,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higherthan that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The scores of parental satisfaction and thescores of education quality indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing combined with video education in childrenwith diarrhea can effectively improve their treatment compliance,improve their negative emotions and pain levels,and increasethe nursing satisfaction of children's parents,and the education quality and nursing effect are remarkable.
