摘要
介绍了铸造涂料的主要组成、制备过程及其对涂料质量的影响,对铸造涂料抗高温性进行了对比,并对流变性进行了改进,最后指出:(1)铸造涂料的高温抗裂性、烧结性、导热性是影响铸件质量的重要指标,单一指标的高低不能代表涂料使用效果;(2)涂料触变性是影响涂料涂覆效果的重要因素,触变剂和骨料的种类及含量均对涂料触变性有重要影响,触变剂加入比例对涂料固体含量也有一定影响;(3)涂料变质会导致涂料失效,可通过对涂料使用相关设备、水质以及涂料细菌控制,避免涂料失效引起相关质量问题。
The main components,preparation process of the casting coatings,and their influence on coating quality were introduced.The high temperature resistances of casting coatings were compared and their rheological properties were improved,finally pointed out:(1)The high temperature crack resistance,sintering property and thermal conductivity of casting coatings were important property indexes influencing casting quality,the height of single index couldn't represent the usage effect of the coating.(2)Thixotropic property of the coating was a important factor influencing coating effect,both the types and contents of thixotropic agent and aggregate had important influence on thixotropic property of the coating,the adding proportion of thixotropic agent also had a certain influence on the solid content of coating.(3)Coating deterioration could lead to coating failure,and could be avoided by control the bacteria of coating-related equipments,water and coating.
