摘要
合成了不同羟值的水性丙烯酸树脂,并与氨基树脂等复配制备了防腐蚀性能优异的水性丙烯酸氨基烘漆.并对影响水性丙烯酸氨基烘漆的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,合成的水性丙烯酸氨基烘漆耐腐蚀性能优异,丙烯酸树脂与氨基树脂的配比为3:1时,在140℃,30 min的条件下,漆膜的综合性能优异。
Waterborne acrylic acid ammonium resins with different hydroxyl values were synthesized, and they were used to prepare the waterborne acrylic acid ammonium baking paint by compounding with amino resin, The factors influencing the performance of baking paint were also studied. The results show that the anti-corrosion performance of waterborne acrylic acid ammonium baking paint is very good. Under the conditions of 140℃ and 30min reaction time, the combination properties of coating were excellent when the proportion of waterborne acrylic acid ammonium resin to amino resin is 3 : 1.
