乳腺癌超声、弹性模量和超声造影特征与乳腺癌生物学表现的关系分析

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌超声、弹性模量和超声造影特征与乳腺癌生物学表现的关系。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月在该院治疗的乳腺癌患者150例,给予乳腺癌超声、弹性成像和超声造影检查,分析不同生物学特征患者影像学特征差异。结果浸润性导管癌组织边缘毛刺征比例为49.11%,高于其他组织学类型(P<0.05),而微小钙化比例为66.96%,高于其他组织学类型(P<0.05);低分化组织血供2~3级比例为96.55%,高于中高分化组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组织血供2~3级比例为95.83%,高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组织(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组织血供2~3级比例为78.57%,高于无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05);Ki-67阳性组织微小钙化和血供2~3级比例分别为78.18%和85.45%,高于Ki-67阴性组织(P<0.05);ER、PR阳性组织边缘毛刺征比例分别为41.94%和35.21%,低于ER、PR阴性组织(P<0.05);HER-2阳性组织血供2~3级比例为79.45%,高于HER-2阴性组织(P<0.05);低分化、TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ组织Emax分别为(201.33±19.84)kpa和(200.48±20.05)kpa,高于中高分化、TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ组织(P<0.05);低分化组织峰值强度为(11.25±2.06)db,高于中高分化组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组织峰值强度为(11.02±2.03)db,高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ组织(P<0.05);HER-2阳性表达组织达峰时间为(5.10±0.94)s,低于HER-2阴性表达组织(P<0.05)。结论不同生物学特征乳腺癌超声、弹性成像及超声造影参数有明显差异,值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the relationship between ultrasound,elastic modulus and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of breast cancer and the biological manifestations of breast cancer.Methods One hundred and fifty breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected,the ultrasound,elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were performed in breast cancer patients to analyze the differences of imaging characteristics in patients with different biological characteristics.Results The proportion of marginal spicule sign in invasive ductal carcinoma was 49.11%,which was higher than that in other tissues(P<0.05),while the proportion of microcalcification was 66.96%,which was higher than that in other tissues(P<0.05).The ratio of 2-3 grades blood supply of low differentiated tissues was 96.55%,which was higher than that of medium and high differentiated tissues(P<0.05).The e ratio of 2-3 grades blood supply of stage III to stage IV tissues in TNM stage was 95.83%,which was higher than that of stage I to stage II tissues(P<0.05).The ratio of 2-3 grades blood supply of tissues with lymph node metastasis was 78.57%,which was higher than that of tissues without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The proportion of micro-calcification and 2~3 grades blood supply of Ki-67 positive tissue was 78.18%and 85.45%respectively,which was higher than that of Ki-67 negative tissue(P<0.05).The proportion of edge burr sign in ER and PR positive tissues was 41.94%and 35.21%respectively,which was lower than that in ER and PR negative tissues(P<0.05).The ratio of 2-3 grades blood supply of HER-2 positive tissues was 79.45%,which was higher than that of HER-2 negative tissues(P<0.05).Emax of poorly differentiated and TNM stage II-IV tissues were(201.33±19.84)kpa and(200.48±20.05)kpa,respectively,which were higher than those of moderately differentiated,TNM stage I-II tissues(P<0.05).The peak intensity of poorly differentiated tissues was(11.25±2.06)db,which was higher than that of moderately and
