摘要
目的观察通关藤口服液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法86例NSCLC患者随机分为对照组43例和治疗组43例,对照组予常规化疗方案,治疗组加用通关藤口服液。比较两组客观缓解率、肺部肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]、生活质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30量表)和不良反应。结果治疗组患者临床控制率为86.0%(37/43),高于对照组的62.8%(27/43)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125水平,中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);EORTC QLQ-C30量表中恶心呕吐、疼痛、总体健康状况评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通关藤口服液可以提高化疗治疗中晚期NSCLC的疗效,改善生活质量,降低化疗不良反应。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Tongguanteng Oral Solution(通关藤口服液)on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and the impacts on quality of life.Methods Eighty-six patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and treatment group(43 cases).The control group received chemotherapy regimen and the treatment group received Tongguanteng Oral Solution additionally.The objective remission rate,lung tumor marker[carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),cytokerantin-19-fragment(CYFRA21-1)and carbohydrate antigen(CA125)],quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30 scale)and toxic reaction were compared.Results The clinical control rate(DCR)of the treatment group was 86.0%(37/43),which was higher than that of the control group(62.8%,27/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,in treatment group,the serum levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA125,the occurrence rate of neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nausea and vomiting,pain and general health in EORTC QLQ-C30 were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with chemotherapy,Tongguanteng Oral Solution is effective for advanced NSCLC,and could improve the treatment efficiency and quality of life and reduce the adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy.
