摘要
从通关藤(Marsdeniatenacissima(Roxb.)WightetArn)中分得多个C_(21),甾体甙类化合物。通过FABMS、 ̄1HNMR、 ̄(13)CNMR、 ̄1H- ̄1HCOSY、LSPD、TOCSY、HMQC、HMBC等光谱分析,确定了其中3个新化合物的化学结构。
Three new C_(21)-steroidal glycosides(tenacissimoside A, B, C) wereisolated from the Chinese crude drug 'Tong-guan-teng': the stems of Marsdeniatenacissima (Roxb.) Wight et Arn(Asclepiadaceae). The chemical structures of tenacissimoside A, B, C were deduced by means of chemical and spectral evidence as 11α-O-tigloyl-12β-O-acetyl tenacigenin B 3-O-[3-O-methyl6-deoxy-β-D-allopyranosyl- (1→4) -β-D-oleandropyranoside] (Ⅰ); 11α-O-benzoy-12β-O-acetyl tenacigenin B 3-O- [3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside](Ⅱ) and 11α-O-(2-methyl butanoyl)-12-β-O-acetyl tenacigenin B3-O-[3-methyl-6-deoxy-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside] (Ⅲ).
