摘要
基于湖南省2005-2020年耕地利用与粮食生产情况的时间序列数据,运用误差修正模型,探讨湖南省耕地“非粮化”的成因。结果表明:农户非农收入占比和农业补贴对湖南省耕地“非粮化”有正向影响作用;种粮比较收益和单位耕地面积机械总动力对耕地“非粮化”有负向作用。为防范湖南省耕地“非粮化”,应增加农户收入来源、完善农业生产设施以及完善耕地保护与农业补贴政策措施以保障粮食生产。
Based on the time series data of cultivated land use and grain production in Hunan Province from 2005 to 2020,using error correction model,we explored the causes of cultivated land non-grain conversion in Hunan Province.The results showed that:The proportion of farmers’non-agricultural income and agricultural subsidies have a positive effect on the non-grain conversion of cultivated land in Hunan Province;the comparative yield of grain and the total mechanical power per unit of cultivated land area have a negative effect on the“non-grain conversion”of cultivated land.In order to prevent the“non-grain conversion”of cultivated land in Hunan Province,it is necessary to increase the income sources of farmers,improve agricultural production facilities,improve cultivated land protection and agricultural subsidy policies and measures to ensure food production.
