摘要
目的:解决医院传统数据中心数据采集范围不全、数据标准执行难、数据服务提供难等相关问题。方法:基于中台理念建设集团医院一体化数据中心,通过对数据体系架构、数据标准的管理实现多院区数据的全量汇聚及标准化治理,并为各院区提供统一的数据服务。结果:一体化数据中心已为40多万名患者提供免注册共享服务,支持跨院区检查项目2381项,其中CT、MRI等大型设备门诊跨院预约等待时长较全院同等门诊平均预约时间缩短近50%。结论:集团医院一体化数据中心的建设有效实现了数据资产的统一规划,可满足多院区管理一体化、数据应用多元化的需求。
Objective To solve the problems of incomplete data collection scope,difficult data standard implementation and difficult data service provision in traditional data centers of hospitals.Methods The integrated data center of the group hospital was built based on the concept of middle platform,and the full volume of data aggregation and standardized governance of multi-district data were realized through the management of data system architecture and data standards,and unified data services were provided for each hospital district.Results The integrated data center has provided registration-free shared services for more than 400,000 patients and supported 2,381 cross-district examinations,among which the waiting time for cross-district appointments for CT,MRI and other large equipment outpatient clinics has been shortened by nearly 50%compared with the average appointment level for the same examinations in the whole hospital outpatient clinics.Conclusion The construction of the integrated data center of the group hospital has effectively realized the unified planning and sorting of data assets and met the needs of integrated management and diversified data applications in multiple hospital areas.
