东兴金花茶盆栽基质的筛选试验

摘要 本文以研究东兴金花茶盆栽基质最优配方为目的,以黄心土、泥炭土、椰糠3种基质+过磷酸钙和控释肥按不同体积比配制成8种基质配方,研究8种基质对东兴金花茶盆栽的成活率,株高、地径、冠幅的1年生长量,1年萌发新枝数,叶长和叶宽等形态指标和生长指标的影响。结果表明:东兴金花茶在配方A3(V_(黄心土)∶V_(椰糠)∶V_(泥炭土)=7.5∶1.5∶1.0+控释肥)生长表现最好,盆栽成活率100%,株高、地径、冠幅、1年新增新梢数等指标值均优于其他7种基质,植株生长健壮、枝叶茂盛、叶色深绿有光泽;在配方A8上(V_(黄心土)∶V_(椰糠)∶V_(泥炭土)∶V_(过磷酸钙)=3.0∶3.5∶3.0∶0.5)生长表现最差,成活率仅75%,株高、地径生长量最小,分枝及叶量少、叶片无光泽。表明配方A3为东兴金花茶盆栽基质的最好选择,配方A8不宜作东兴金花茶盆栽基质。 To study the optimal substrate formula for potted Camellia tunghinensis Chang,eight different substrate formulas were prepared with 3 kinds of substrate,yellow soil,peat soil and coconut bran combined with calcium superphosphate and controlled-release fertilizers in different volume ratios.Effects of 8 kinds of substrates on morphological and growth indicators such as survival rate,annual growth of plant height,diameter and crown width,new shoots number,leaf length and leaf width of potted C.tunghinensis were studied.The results showed that the growth performance of C.tunghinensis was the best after adopting formula A3(V_(Yellow) soil:V_(Coconut bran):V_(Peat soil)=7.5∶1.5∶1.0+controlled-release fertilizer)with a survival rate of potted plants of 100%and a better growth of plant height,diameter,crown width and annual new shoot number than those of other 7 kinds of substrates:with formula A3,the plants thrive with lush branches and leaves;after adopting formula A8(VYellow soil:V_(Coconut bran):V_(Peat soil):V_(Calcium superphosphate)=3.0∶3.5∶3.0∶0.5),the growth rate was the worst survival rate,75%,and the growth of plant height and diameter was the lowest with few branches and few,dull leaves.The results showed that Formula A3 was the best substrate formula for potted C.tunghinensis Chang,while formula A8 was not suitable for potted C.tunghinensis.
