摘要
探讨闫永彬教授“分层辨治小儿咳嗽”的学术思想,闫永彬教授基于对小儿咳嗽中医辨治欠规范现状的思考和丰富的临床验效,创新性提出了小儿咳嗽的分层辨治思想,把咳嗽的复杂辨证层次化、条理化、系统化,发展和丰富了小儿咳嗽的中医辨治,以期对小儿咳嗽的中医规范辨治和临床研究有所裨益。
The article discusses professor Yan Yongbin's academic thought of"hierarchical differentiation and treatment of infantile cough",professor Yan Yongbin creatively put forward thought of hierarchical differentiation and treatment of infantile cough on the foundation of the reflections based on the current situation of the lack of standardization of pediatric cough differentiation and treatment in TCM and his enriched clinical proven cases and experience,he differentiated the syndromes of cough in a hierarchical,organized and systematic way,he developed and enriched TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of pediatric cough,in the hope of contributing to standardized TCM differentiation and treatment of infantile cough and clinical study.
