摘要
朱丹溪一生著述颇多,他提出的“痰热致中”学说丰富了中风的病机理论。本文系统梳理朱丹溪学术思想中的“六郁学说”“阳有余,阴不足”论、“相火论”,提出在中风发病过程中可以借助“六郁”认识中风病理要素的发生,“阳有余、阴不足”论揭示阴虚(肝肾阴虚为主)是中风的发病基础,相火妄动是中风的诱发因素。本着未病先防的治病理念,将中风的防治关口前移,扶正祛邪,针对阴虚为本的病理基础,防治过程中重视滋阴及顾护津液,借助六郁学说辨识病理要素不同,遣方用药,以期达到预防中风发病的目的。
Zhu Danxi,one of the four great masters of the Jin and Yuan dynasties,produces a lot of medical monographs in his life,and his theory of"pathogenic phlegm and heat leading to a stroke"enriches the pathogenesis theory of stroke.This paper systematically combs Zhu Danxi's academic thoughts of the"theory of the six stagnation diseases","excess of yang while deficiency of yin",and the"theory of ministerial fire",and proposes that the generation of its pathological factors can be better understood with the help of the"theory of the six stagnation diseases"in the occurrence of the disease,and the theory of"excess of yang and deficiency of yin"reveals that yin deficiency(mainly yin deficiency of the liver and kidney)is the pathogenesis of a stroke,while the hyperactivity of ministerial fire is its inducing factor.Based on the treatment concept of administering a preventive treatment,it is advised that a stroke should be firstly prevented and treated by strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.In view of its pathological basis of yin deficiency,attention should be paid to nourishing yin and caring for body fl uids for its prevention and treatment.With the help of the"theory of the six stagnation diseases",different pathological elements should be identifi ed and proper prescriptions and medications should be worked out to prevent its occurrence.
